Conditions of Booking and additional information
 
1. Sole occupiers of double rooms can expect to be charged the double rate.
2. All beds have clean sheets, pillows, feather duvets and duvet covers, towels and electric blankets.
3. Group applications for accommodation may be considered. Group organizers should ring to discuss their requirements in the first instance.
4. Winter rates for longer stays are negotiable from May 1 to September 1.
5. All prices include 15% GST.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation can be made at any time up to 48 hours prior to the Due Day which is calculated from 00.01hrs. Example : Bookings for 6 November must be cancelled before midnight on 4 November being two clear calendar days prior to arrival or full payment will be charged. If you need to cancel your booking within the 48 hours please phone us and we will try to resell your room. If successful we will not charge you.
2. There is a NO cancellation policy for public holiday weekends. This includes New Year's Eve, New Year's Day(Dec 31/ Jan 1), Waitangi Day (Feb 6) Rugby Sevens Weekend (Feb), Good Friday, Easter Weekend and Easter Monday (Mar/Apr), Queen's Birthday Weekend (June), Labour Day and Weekend (Oct)PLUS Xmas Eve, Xmas Day and Boxing Day (Dec 24/ 25/26).
